Happy Mental health awareness day!!
The awesome Charity Mind and the blogger/youtube star, Zoella have launched the don’t panic button campaign both in the physical world and on twitter #DontPanicButton.
As you may have guessed as (James Osborn) the creator of this blog I aim to capture some of what it is like living with Bipolar Affective Disorder as well as other mental health difficulties. The subject is very close to my heart not just because of my own illness but also because of the experiences of many of my close friends. I am excited by what Mind and Zoella will be able to achieve over the next year as they increase awareness politically and socially on behalf of all who suffer from mental illness.
